As we deepen into the winter months, we will explore our inner world through reflection, art making, and community. In the safety of the sacred container we will co-create, we will explore our shadowy and creative parts while embracing the quiet mystery of winter.

Once weekly 90-minute Group Tuesday 7:00-8:30pm
January 13th - Permission to Begin
January 20th - Letting Go of Old Stories
January 27th - Meeting Our Inner Artist
February 3rd - Embracing Change
February 10th - Reclaiming Creative Joy
February 17th - Integration and Continued Practice

Group will be facilitated by Jody Pittner, LPCC, LPAT
Sessions will be conducted online via zoom

Facilitated by licensed art therapist and owner of Truly Connected Counseling, Jody Pittner, LPCC, LPAT, this group offers a safe and inspiring space to explore your inner landscape, reconnect with the joy of creative expression, and create meaning through color, texture, and storytelling. No prior art skills required.
